Costa Coffee in Karachi: Karachi’s coffee enthusiasts now have another reason to celebrate with the opening of the UK-based coffee chain, Costa Coffee, in the city. The renowned coffee brand is set to launch at least two stores in Pakistan, thanks to its partnership with Gerry’s Group, the UK franchise based in Karachi.
Gerry’s Group, which already manages marketing, ticketing, and human resources for 11 foreign airlines in Pakistan, has now entered the market for branded coffee shops in the country. Its partnership with Costa Coffee has enabled the group to bring the popular coffee chain to the Pakistani market. With over 1,100 coffee shops in various international markets and 2,800 coffee shops, Costa Coffee has set to launch in Pakistan.

Gerry’s Group Managing Director, Akram Wali Muhammad, expressed excitement at the prospect of introducing Costa Coffee and its delectable food menu to Pakistan’s vibrant community of coffee lovers. The second Costa Coffee store is expected to open in Karachi next year, joining the likes of Australian-American brands Gloria Jeans and McCafé, and other international coffee chains already operating in Pakistan.
Costa Coffee’s entry into the Pakistani market is a testament to the growing coffee culture in the country and the increasing demand for quality coffee experiences. With the addition of Costa Coffee, Karachi’s coffee scene is set to become even more diverse and exciting.
