Naila Kiani the Second Pakistani Woman to Summit Everest

The renowned mountaineer Naila Kiani has been granted permission by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to receive the Sitara-i-Imtiaz civic award in honor of her successful summit of Mount Everest. The extraordinary accomplishment of Kiani, who just became the second Pakistani woman to conquer Mount Everest, will be recognized.

All required procedures for the award must be completed, according to a notification from the Prime Minister’s Office. With her latest successful ascent of Mount Lhotse, the fourth-highest peak in the world, Kiani also accomplished the amazing accomplishment of being the first Pakistani woman to summit six 8,000-meter summits.

How many Pakistani women conquered Mount Everest?

There are two Pakistani women who have conquered Mount Everest:

Samina Baig – In 2013, Samina Baig became the first Pakistani woman to reach the summit of Mount Everest. She was 21 years old at the time, and she became the first Pakistani woman to climb the Seven Summits in 2014.

Naila Kiani is the second woman from Pakistan to do this. After scaling Annapurna I, the tenth-highest mountain in the world. Young Pakistani climber Naila Kiani has successfully summited Mount Everest, the highest peak in the world at 8,849 meters above sea level.
